STIHL has taken to using chainsaws to promote regional and international cultural projects: this video shows colleagues from our in-house carving group creating a wood sculpture for jazzopen Stuttgart, which is held in Germany. Delicate musical instruments and lettering to suit the occasion were cleanly cut using the small bar nose of the carving saw. The finished work was installed outside a concert venue to kick off the music festival.
